Design for Health

Your mental health depends on the environment you live in. Designing your home to suit your health can significantly impact overall well-being and lifestyle quality. It makes sense once you stop to think about it, and with a pandemic changing the way we all live and work in our homes, it is more important than ever to approach design with your well-being and health in mind.

I am passionate about all things interior design, and I have found a way to incorporate my creative streak into my coaching by assisting my clients in redesigning their existing living and business spaces to improve their comfort and maximize their space, productivity, and relaxation time.

Working your way around the areas you are stuck in life can often be done with a good cleanout of the space in which you occupy the majority of your time. Then, with some working of either new or reused items, it is possible to achieve a feeling of true self-accomplishment when applied with lots of TLC. The outcome is a space you can function in better, consistently, with a specific focus on rooms designed to suit your mood needs.
