Coaching does not replace professional medical, legal or financial diagnoses or services. 2464 MHC does not guarantee the outcomes of coaching services. Using 2464 MHC services, whether it be singular or a part of your custom-planned program, will often include medical, legal and financial professionals that you are already familiar with, so it is cohesive to the overall life goals you wish to achieve with coaching, and with that, your free-will always plays a role. The information provided is based on education, research and experience. The responsibility for applying learning experiences is of your free will.
You agree that under no circumstances shall 2464 MHC be held liable for your actions or the direct or indirect damages arising from your use of any 2464 MHC services or purchase of any products from the shop or affiliate partners.
Terms of service of affiliate partners are found on their associated websites & it is presumed agreed to when purchasing anything from them. All astrology, numerology and tarot are for education purposes only.
2464 MHC takes due care as a professional organisation to meet the standards required and, as a health practitioner, remains current with ongoing professional development. These credentials can be cross-checked via the various training institutes and their governing association bodies, and it is encouraged that you do before booking an appointment.
Privacy Policy
Confidentiality: All Coaching sessions in any format are strictly confidential. 2464 MHC will never share any information about you or the details of what you share in sessions, with the exception that if you are engaged in illegal activity or could harm yourself/others, then 2464 MHC is compelled by law &/or duty of care to share the details of what you've shared.
Social Media: If you subscribe to any of 2464 MHC social media platforms, have personal, couple or family health coaching, or order any product from 2464MHC, 2464 MHC will never on-share your information. Emails received from 2464MHC will only be of a health coaching nature and relevant to all you see on this website, and only our recommended partnered affiliates will be included.
Internet websites and social media platforms are not the same as attending therapy privately. 2464MHC cannot answer personal questions or provide coaching on problems specific to your situation outside a scheduled and paid-for appointment.
If you are a client of 2464MHC, following any 2464MHC socials is of your own free will. Interacting with 2464MHC posts, comments, or sharing is at your own risk to confidentiality. Your responsibility is to protect your privacy when interacting on all social media platforms.
Sexual Advances Policy: Being a health professional means that the parameters and limitations are ethically defined as a person who offers a safe & nurturing space for another person's physical, mental & emotional healing journey. Mental health professionals are NOT an option for romantic or other personal relations with clients. Coaching will be ceased immediately upon breach of this policy, and you will be referred to alternative persons & rescources for your care management.
Ethical Standards: 2464 MHC follows all recommended government guidelines set out by the relevant ethical standards and Code of Practice as per industry.
Payments & Cancellations
Sessions are requested to be paid for upon booking or 24hrs before the appointment commences; this allows the coaching session to be focused on the issues at hand when we meet. Sessions paid for entirely at the time of booking & subsequently missed will only be refunded in full at the time of your cancellation request if done before 24hrs of your allocated consult.
Lateness: When you book a session with 2464 MHC, it is legally agreed upon that 2464 MHC dedicates that block of time to you. If you're late, the time will be deducted from your session (the session will not be extended), and you'll be charged the total price.
No-Shows: Repeated no-shows are disrespectful. 2464 MHC can only coach people willing to be responsible for keeping appointments. One chance is allowed, given a reasonable excuse; after that, coaching will cease & monies paid will be forfeited.
Refusal of Service: 2464 MHC reserves the right to refuse any service. 2464 MHC will not coach persons under 18 without a parent/legal guardian's consent.
2464 MHC reserves the right to alter any text written by 2464 MHC on any platform to accommodate updated information & to keep all services concise. This will be done without notification.
