Introducing Coach Cooper

Coaching is in my blood, and I’m proud to work alongside my mum to help others achieve better well-being outcomes. I thrive on problem-solving, mentoring, reaching goals, and supporting my team’s success.

I graduated with my HSC in 2022, earning credits in Advanced and Extension 1 Mathematics, Advanced English, Physics, Chemistry, Engineering Studies, and Preliminary Business Studies. I started working at 14 as a casual at McDonald’s in Yamba. I was promoted to Crew Coach in March 2021 and to Shift Manager in April 2022. I have completed two Shift Management Courses: an Operations Technology Program and a Department Management Course, specialising in Product Quality. In February 2025, after 5 years of service, I left McDonald’s and began working for Ritchies IGA as a department manager, aiming to broaden my experience in different work environments.

I became a Certified Health Coach in July 2024 and am pursuing a Diploma of Counselling with AIPC. I am focusing on health coaching, counselling and managing IT infrastructure for 2464 Mental Health Coach, while continuing my studies at the Integrative Health Practitioner Institute, the Australian Institute of Professional Counsellors, and the Mental Health Academy.
